Deep tissue massage targets the underlying layers of muscles and connective tissues to relieve chronic pain and tension.
Myofascial release focuses on releasing tension in the fascia, promoting flexibility and restoring mobility.
Cupping therapy involves creating suction on the skin to enhance blood flow and alleviate muscle soreness.
Lymphatic drainage stimulates the lymphatic system to detoxify the body and boost immune function.
Together, these modalities work harmoniously to promote relaxation, reduce pain, and enhance well-being.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT) is a gentle manual therapy that stimulates flow of lymphatic fluid in the body. Using a soft. broad pumping motion, your therapist will open the lymph nodes in the neck, armpits, abdomen, hip creases, and space behind the knee making them receptive to move and filter lymph throughout the body. We then manually encourage the lymph fluid along specific pathways called watersheds towards the opened lymph nodes using a soft stroke on the surface of the skin. The treatment is entirely painless and deeply nurturing.

After your session, it is common to experience the following:
Deep Relaxation + Down Regulation
Lightness + Renewed Energy
Warmth + Tingling
Reduced Pain + Tension
Increased Urination
Temporary Fatigue

Some of the Many Benefits of LDT
Reduced Inflammation in the Tissues
Reduced Swelling (Edema)
Gentle Detoxification
Relaxation and Stress Reduction
Improved Immune Function
Pain Relief
Enhanced Skin Health
Improved Digestion

We are passionate about this subtle but impactful manual therapy and look forward to sharing it with you and answering any questions you may have.

“Water is fluid, soft, and yielding. But water will wear away rock, which is rigid and cannot yield. As a rule, whatever is fluid, soft, and yielding will overcome whatever is rigid and hard. This is another paradox: what is soft is strong.”
― Lao Tzu

Student massage therapists are in the process of completing their education and have a full year under their belt of studying anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques. While they’re still gaining experience, they’ve already developed a solid foundation and are eager to practice and refine their skills.

By choosing a student massage, you open yourself to receiving a thoughtful, skilled massage at a lower cost. It’s not just about the affordability; it’s about supporting someone on their journey, offering them the space to grow and learn through practice.

Please keep in mind, because student massage therapists aren’t yet licensed, they can’t provide receipts for insurance purposes.
